I bought this sauce at the London Ontario Heatwave festival. The hibiscus flower makes for an interesting and flavourful taste. Great to pump up your chili, stews, and roast beef sandwiches! It won’t blow your face off but it is probably between 50,000-100,000 Scovil units so it’s no slouch either.

This sauce is a bit of a mind freak. It’s creamy and smooth and has a subtle hibiscus undertone that becomes very flavourful after a few bites. It’s not immediately floral forward but the undertone leaves a floral and spicy aftertaste. I can’t quite put my finger on it because it is a little trippy how they balance the flavours and orchestrate them to pop out at different times while chewing, but they’re definitely doing something right. Very unique flavour and so very good! Highly recommend!!

I’ve tried a lot of hot sauces in my time, but the Hibiscus Spiced Heat sauce is truly something special! It packs the perfect amount of heat without being overwhelming and has subtle undertones of hibiscus and spices that make the flavours truly unique. I’ve put it on everything from pork chops to scrambled eggs and it does not disappoint! I highly recommend this sauce to anyone looking to spice up their meals.
